The K.E.K. Nefeli is housed in the former community store of the Gefyra of the Municipality of Chalkidona. Its facilities are accessible to the disabled and include 2 computer rooms, with a capacity of 50 people, fully equipped with audiovisual systems and a classroom with a capacity of 15 people as well as administration rooms.

Since June 2015, a branch space has been added to the building infrastructure of KEK NEFELI in D.K. Diavaton (KAPI Diavaton building) with the address of Agios Georgios & Sp. Panagiotou 2, certified by EOPPEP.
